I always dreamed of Hawaii... OAHU

To celebrate our first anniversary Eugene and I decided to fulfill one more thing on the list he's promised me and now I can no longer give him a hard time about... going to Hawaii

I'm gonna give a small synopsis now since I'm exhausted and fill in the details later...

We arrived Saturday at 12:30PM and made our way to Costco to stock up on water and snacks before heading to the West Side of Oahu at checking into our stay at Marriott Ko Olina Beach Club.  After a quick tour around (they have their own beach, three pools, one with a water slide, one with a cave and waterfalls, one with bball and volleyball net and man made pool, not to mention the 5 jacuzzis) we took a rest before jumping on the shuttle to Paradise Cove Luau.

Lunch at Puka Dog (Eugene got spicy with pineapple and I got ketchup with guava hawaiian mustard)

Walk around Waikiki

Hike up Diamond Head

Stop at Leonard's Bakery for the famous Masaladas (Original, Cinnamon, Custard, Coconut, Chocolate, Lokini (Yellow Passion Fruit))

Pearl Harbor (USS' closed so Memorial of 52 submarines)

Play in Hotel pools

Zippy's for Dinner

Monday

Hanauma Bay  Snorkeling

Lunch at Ono Hawaiian Food (Lua Lua, Kalua Pork)

Surf Lesson with Girls Who Surf

Slides and Hot Tub at Hotel

Mitch's Fish Market - Fabulous Dinner

   (1. Lobster, Abalone, New Zealand Salmon, Yellowtail, Medium Toro, Scallop Sashimi)

  (2. White Fish with Salmon and Avocado topped with Special Mayonaise and baked)

   (3. Toro, Maguro, Uni, Ika, Fatty part of Fish, Cockel Nigiri)

   (4. Lobster Miso Broth.... with Lobster brains in soup.... soooo good)
